NALCAB is hiring a Director of Public Policy to lead the daily execution of our strategy and advance the interests of our nationwide network!

What You'll Do:

• Lead Policy Execution: Drive our federal policy strategy, collaborating with national partners and key coalitions.
• Direct Advocacy: Coordinate and lead meetings with US Congress, the Presidential Administration, federal agencies, and government representatives on behalf of NALCAB and our membership.
• Strategic Impact: Monitor legislation and regulatory changes based on our Strategic Plan to protect and advance our mission.
• Collaborate: Work closely with NALCAB's CEO, C-Suite, and the Board's Policy Committee to achieve our goals.

Requirements

The details:

• Location: Washington, DC
• Schedule: 9AM – 5:30PM ET / Hybrid (2-3 days per week, onsite at our DC office)
• Salary: $113,400 - $144,900 annually
• Travel: Locally and nationally. 30% is expected.
